• We have multiple properties. Can we use this for all our properties?
  You can absolutely use the checklist on all of your properties by purchasing a license for each one of your communities. 
  
  
• We are new to affordable housing. Can you help us set up our checklist workbook?
  We have two options to assist you in the setup of your checklist.  We have a DIY option with short, easy-to-digest videos that walk you through the setup process or the 100% done-for-you option.
  
  
• How many units can the checklist accommodate?
  Each checklist can accommodate up to a 300 unit community. If you have a larger community, please send us a message.
  
  
• What programs will this work with?
  The checklist can work with up to 2 programs at once. Currently, it is formatted with standard verbiage for the LIHTC and HOME programs.
  
  
• Are there training videos available to teach our site staff how to use the checklist?
  Each of our checklists comes with short how-to videos that are easy to follow and assist in training staff on the proper use of the checklist.
